Pauline is a French bootstrapper who has had a lot of success with her AI real estate SaaS. IACrea now makes over €10k monthly recurring revenue. She went from juggling a side-hustle with a full-time job at IBM, to working for herself. Check out her exclusive interview below for her startup tips.
What is IACrea exactly?
IACrea is a SaaS for real estate professionals and homeowners to visualize and enhance property listings instantly. By simply uploading a photo, users can redecorate, furnish, or even animate their images into video content in just a few seconds.
Can you tell us what you’ve achieved so far?
I founded IACrea in 2023, grew it to over €10k MRR. Beyond IACrea, I have launched multiple SaaS projects, many failed (like a crypto alerts SaaS) , some generated a few money, like a directory boilerplate tool (NextJSDirectory.com) and an affiliate SaaS (soon released). Also, I sold one of my first SaaS, which was a way to create fun images of people.
My personal journey has also been marked by a strong presence on social media, growing my audience to over 25,000 followers on X and launching a newsletter for indie hackers and entrepreneurs.
How did you get the idea for IACrea?
The idea came from a personal conversation where someone mentioned how difficult it was to visualize an empty home. I realized this was a common issue for buyers and saw an opportunity to leverage my AI expertise.
